I'm one of the thousands of people who targeted for SMS & Junk Mail by Call Direct. At least once a month you receive an SMS from them RE: Personal loan.
On 7 June 2011 I received yet another from them. The text stated that if you wish to opt-out you simply needed to reply with a "NO". Which I promptly did.
Today (4 July) I received yet another SMS from them - exact copy of the previous SMS ad.
How many people do they con out of money by not honouring one's wishes to opt-OUT???
According to Marketing & Privacy laws if a person Opts Out the company must remove them immediately from all marketing databases.
