After seeing some of the other complaints on here about this service I just had to make my complaint.
I'm really pissed that I did not find out about them sooner!
The system is working great for me since the day I started well over a year ago. I travel a lot and this has saved me from paying roaming charges to my old cell phone which were running me up to $600.00 a month for family to call me. My average bill from them is between $35.00 - $80.00 and it only runs high when I call from my end a lot.
The European cell phones do not bill you when you receive calls, unlike the greedy USA companies that charge you whenever you look at your cell phone! If you just have your family and friends call you while your traveling you can saved a lot of money.
I dropped my U.S. cell phone company completely as the amount of time I'm in the USA anymore has dropped considerably. I'm getting ready to buy two more sim cards from them for Italy and Greece.
A word of warning, the roaming rates for being outside the sim cards "home" country will cost a bit, but one high bill during a year I can handle because the other 11 months were LOW!
No complaints here about their service.
