i recieved a phone call in december from a guy who got my number from my visa, he said it was pulled for a free gas card. he started offering me a variety of different survices like legalease, calladvmd, cashrewards and gas rewards.i was listening to him and he transfered me to another department for magazine offers and i said no! then they returned me to the guy and i told him NO! i di not want he was selling. he hung up on me. then i found out they had charged my card a total of 334.40 since december. i called in march when i got my february bank staement and called them. they listened to the recording from that day and said the would give my money back. they didnt! so i called again and denied talking to me, but they recorded the conversastion. so i went to bank and closed my account and now taking them to civil court.
