Fidel Zelaya did not return to me the remaining part of $2000 that I gave him. I gave Fidel Zelaya, the owner of California Sign Group, the amount of $2000 for city permits only.

He compromised himself to return to me any remain, Fidel Zelaya magically vanished, He is nowhere to be found, I tried calling him on the phone, email, and so on.

I was hoping for him to come by and give me a summary of how much money was spent, and for him to tell me " here you go" this does not belong to me. Fidel Zelaya agreed to a contract that we both signed, specified clearly, that permit charges were going to to be from $250-650.

Fidel Zelaya signed that contract, and the contract never mentioned spending $2000. He basically stole my money. I would like California Sign Group to first Stop lying to the general public.

And for him to be more serious on his deals, and not to take advantage of his clients. FIDEL ZELAYA IS THE OWNER!!!
