I brought a Calvin Klein mens watch in Japan last October (09) and had it for about 3 weeks when the metal band broke. After returning it to the store in Japan they said it had to be sent back to Switzerland to be repaired, this took 3 months!! Finally after getting my watch back it lasted probably about another 2 months before the band broke again in the same spot!! Since then i have tried having it fixed at different jewellers, but they say the pins used are no good and can't be matched.
Now im in Australia, i can't even find out where to contact Calvin Klein here, to try and have them repair my watch again. As it cost ver $300 i do not simply want to throw it away.
