I received one of those calls on one of those days when I had anything and everything going for me and was willing to be taken in!

Sadly i was. I was spoken to by a lady named Julia Wilson from a marketing company wanting to provide a free holiday package. I was trying to pull away from the conversation, but kept pestering and saying the word FREE over and over again.

She wanted confirmation of my VISA details and I didn't think it was necessary and wanted to leave the conversation. Not knowing how, she talked me into giving my details and I kept jumping in saying I do not want any money to be withdrawn without my WRITTEN consent.

Anyway we went through money amounts etc (not free!) and I kept repeating that no money was to be taken out without written consent. In all of their wording they insinuated that no money would be debited from my account.

Two days later, I was VERY surprised to discover that money had been removed from my account... close to $800 Aus. Not what i had agreed to at all. I kept trying to call the customer service number that I had carefully written down and could not make any contact... not even message bank.

When I received the package, I used the phone number and did manage to call them to request the refund. They replied in a positive manner only requiring a note. So I sen the note and to this day have not been able to contact anyone from the company. I also still haven't received my refund.
At present I do not know what to do
