No care for customer
I bought Sony camcorder in Nov. 2006. when I used it it has no sound quality .So took back to repair .Repair done and given back to us, We used again but it was still with same problem. When we went back to the Brick store, the behaviour of employes were totally differnet . They were caring for us . Finally they adviced us to dropp camera @ the westpeak where it should be repaired. We dropped there since May 29 2008 work order no. W67747 and so many times to but still no response. I got tired from this BRICK store service and will never go to back this store again in my life. Bait & switch
What an absolutely horrible excuse for a business! Rude, arrogant, won't answer the phone unless you choose the "sales" option. Try the customer service option and you better pack a lunch! I believe these unethical bozo's also have another on line electronic store called Techondigital which pulls the same bait & switch. They advertised items in stock until you pay for them then suddenly it's going to be 6 to 8 weeks before they ship because magically they sold out in 5 minutes! They also have the very same automated call system that skips and stalls! Same rip-off folks. There really ought to be a law!
