My wife and I decided to have our lounge suite refurbished and got hold of this bloke. We paid the deposit and fortunately only gave him one chair, this was in September 2009. I've had so many stories and promises it is almost unbelievable. His answer is always: Wednesday, but he never tells you which month and year. When I went there to collect the chair from him this morning, March 2010 (6 months later), it is still not completed and then he tells me I cannot get it because I've not yet paid him. And that after we settled the full amount with him in Feb 2010 hoping that he would actually try to complete the job. Maybe if enough unhappy customers of his meet up it would make it worth our while to employ a lawyer to take him on. These type of crooks may not get away with it!!!
