I smelled a rat as I could not get through to a live person in order to confirm my order. I was dumped QUICKLY by a live person when I said I wanted to talk about order confirmation. Several subsequent calls to this company were immediately transferred to a dead phone that "could not accept messages at this time." I sense that they recongized my phone number each time so I called from anothe phone and got through to a live person in sales (of course...sales will ALWAYS pick up the phone...customer service, however...fuhgeddaboutit). The person I talked to was unbelievably rude, mocking me, laughing at me, finding great joy in the fact that I was upset. Google "camera addicts complains" and see what bad actors these guys truly are. All I can say is stay away...far away.
