I saw the Garmin Nuvi 255W on the web site for $125. and thought this was a good deal as other web sites I visited were higher. I placed the order via the web and received an e-mail telling me I needed to call and verify information. At the time of the call I was told I needed to purchase an SD card so the GPS would operate properly. I said I would purchase the one for $79.99. I was not told that it also required a subscription for an additioinal $30. Shipping was stated to be $9.95. What they did not tell me was that the handing charge was also going to be added. The final bill for my GPS and SD card was $299.99. The figured I had added to $215. They do not answer e-mails to their customer service department. Their Customer Service hours 11:00 - 5:00. tough hours for working people. The Customer Service Rep was no help. They said I could return the items but they were going to charge me $100. for restocking. I now have a $30. store credit, not that I will use it, I can't afford the Shipping and Handling plus the surprise charges they add. Keep away from Camera Giants, Inc.
