I ordered professional package for a HDR-XR520V. Next day Brian calls to confirm my order. He started to up sell various accessories. I went with it but when the price got out of hand I said I wanted to return to the original package. Brian, who said he was the manager, decided to cancel the sale and he did just that. The whole process made me very angry. These people should be shut down. We (consumers) don't have the time for this type harassment.
