This company is a travesty in customer service!! I canceled my order because they were so inefficient and no one returned calls or e-mails. I ordered 2 GPSs which required a return call to "confirm" my order. It was just a ploy to sell additional options such as extended warranties and upgrades. After declining all options I provided the information requested and expected to receive a confirmation of my order. A week later nothing received. I called back and no one had any idea of the order being confirmed. The phone system was antiquated. The recording repeated and skipped. It is a slip shod operation and I immediately canceled my order when the service agent stated I had not confirmed my order. I will NEVER deal with this company nor would I recommend it to anyone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would rather pay more and ensure delivery rather than have to deal with this merchant ever again!!!
