Placed order for Panasonic Camcorder sunday Night and get email monday 4:50pm telling me to call and verify order before they'll ship. I call and get the hard sales pitch to upgrade the battery. I say I'll take the one that comes with the camera. He says it's only good for 20 minutes. I hold out. Then the hard sell to buy a quick-charger. I say I'll take the one that comes standard. He says they don't include any charger for the price, and if I want to use the camera, I have to buy the charger extra. This goes on with offer to lower battery price, and then the clincher is I should pay to upgrade the warranty to a "US warranty." As i ask him to go over what is included since this is different than every other site for parts included in the manufacturers package, he hangs up on me. I call back to cancel and same guy acts surprised and says sorry, he thought we said goodbye. I canceled my order and will pay more with a vendor that doesn't play these games.
