On June 6, 2010, I ordered a Panasonic Camcorder model HDC-SD700 from CameraBox.co.uk. I used next day delivery and got it on June 9, 2010.
On September 10, 2010, I informed CameraBox.co.uk of a problem with my camcorder (I was not able no switch it on at all and battery looked fine) and they asked me to shipped it out. I am now working in Thailand so shipment was not so smooth... Nevertheless, I got confirmation from customer service on September 23, 2010 that they received the camcorder for repairing.
I followed-up many times on the repairing status and on November 5, 2010, David Carter informed me that the camcorder was repaired and that it will be shipped out next day so I will received it no later than the next tuesday (November 9, 2010). Up to now, I still didn't receive my camcorder back...
