I ordered a Pentax camera online at a good price. They called to say they needed further information to complete my order. The salesman offered me a special package of tripod, cleaning kit, extended warranty, UV filter, external charger, and extra battery. During the conversation he said that the external charger did not come with the camera and cost extra. This was a lie. He also lied about the value of the extra battery and the tripod. When the order was processed, there was an extra charge for insurance and handling that was never mentioned either online or by the salesman. Overall, the cost of the transaction was increased from 737 dollars to 1199.99 dollars.
