Chad promised to arrive on 7/3 in the afternoon, no specific time. It did not happen & he did not call with eta update. I called him that nite & he promised to arrive am on 7/4. I asked if he sure he can arrive & service

on 7/4, he replied YES. I called him little after 10am on 7/4 & he advised he would call me back.

At 11 am, he cb & advised he on the way.. I called him at 3pm for status update. He advised he would arrive in 2 hrs. I called him at 6:30pm & got voice machine. He was a no show for 1 & 1/2 days. Ad uses the term "We", as to indicate 2 or more mechanics, but I believe there is only one. Ad indicates coverage for state of Georgia. I don't believe it. I have a serious credibility problem with this person or company. If the arrival or

show up commitment is this bad, what is quality of work. I called back at 8pm and left msg to cancel service

request. I am without a working vehicle all this time & have sought other services.
