No refund as it promised

I paid CAD 29.95 to Canadians At Home, which provides some survey websites information. It is not worth it. It promises a "90 day money back guarantee". But it is not true. If you paid through PayPal, open a dispute within 45 days. Don't be fooled by 90-day refund promise. If after 45 days, you still can open a dispute through PayPal, which will investigate it if there are multiple complaints.

took my money and hide

It is a web-site to give you informations about available online survey. You pay $29.95 as a one-time membership fee. At web-site, it says "90 day money back guarantee", but never does. I keep sending e-mail to them, but no replies. The only message I recieved was when I made a payment. I want to post their scam business for people who sees their online or newspaper ads. I see their ads on local newspaper regularly, means they are still active & cheating people!!
