My share certificate folio no CNB101572. The dividend amount of Rs.800/- for the financial year 2008-09, has not yet been credited to my mandate ECS Bank SB A/c No.2951101000363.On my taking up with Karvy Computershare pvt Ltd., I was informed that the amount has been credited on 21-07-09 vide warrant/advice no 1865800.But the position is otherwise.I forwarded to Karvy Computershare the scanned copy of my SB Pass book and also a certificate from the Manager, Canara Bank, Madipakkam, Chennai-600091 in support of my contention of non-credit of the amount in my SB Account.My follow-up with Karvy Computershare for the past several months could not resolve this long-pending problem.Kindly intervene and settle this issue.
