A bank I worked at received a fax about a travel agency making reservations for 2 at an all inclusive resort in cancun or mayan riviera in mexico for $602, redeemable within 1 year. I called them and talked to them for a while and went ahead with the reservation and payment. They sent the email containing the receipts and confirmation that I had to initial and fax or mail back to complete the purchase. I did so and not long later I tried to email the person who was emailing me to ask her if she had gotten the forms back and i never got a reply. Her name is Tonya Arroyo and I have sent a few more emails to her and to [email protected] and tried calling their "Service department" which does not work. I have been trying to call and contact to book the room I purchased for christmas because they said you need to give 45 day advance notice but i never got through to anyone or never got a reply through email. Ridiculous.
