I purchased a sectional sofa from Cancun Market back in February and was told it would take 7-10 days to receive my sofa that I paid for in cash, however 2 1/2 months later after many calls and complaints to them I received a sofa set, but not the one I ordered and paid for. I called the owner, he offered me a partial refund and assured me that he would get the other piece of my sofa in and to me quickly. Well here it is 5 months after the date I originally purchased the sofa and I still don't have my full sofa that I paid for. I understand that this sofa would have cost me alot more at another store, however anther store would have had my sofa to me in an adequate amount of time. I now have contacted a lawyer and will let him advise as to what to do next.
