Applied for a modification loan in June. Have sent in so many requested forms. One time I sent 9 pages of faxes and called 13 days later only to be told they couldn't find them. Later they did but I knew they had not been submitted. The third week in Sept when I called I was told that a copy I had sent in June was not legible. I said its the 3rd week in September why didn't they let me know? Later I called and asked was EVERYTHING in order and was told yes. Today I received a denial letter---reason---I hadn't sent everything in. I firmly believe they had no intention of sending my paperwork in. Is there anyone I can talk too?
