Candoall Home & Garden Services promises a complete home cleaning/detailing service for $350. However, the team spent a minimum of time on the premises (I went out for a couple of hours after letting them in and they were already gone by the time I arrived home) and neglected to clean a large proportion of the items/areas they had promised to clean.

After calling to discuss, Alan Jury of Candoall came back (eventually, after promising to come over two other times then failing to show up) and inspected the house, and admitted that many of the promised areas had not been cleaned.

He promised to call the following week to organise a time to return and clean these areas, but never did, and has avoided my calls ever since. I submitted a complain to the Department of Consumer & Employment Protection, but all they did was call him, at which point he refused to enter negotiations, so they just closed the file (so absolutely no help from them either).

In short, Candoall has not delivered on its promises and has not demonstrated ethical or professional conduct. I would recommend avoiding them completely.
