I ordered a jacket for a special event and paid by paypal to candygirldress.com. on December 14th. the item was backordered and was told would be shipped Jan 5th...backordered again

I patiently waited until January 24th but had to cancel the order because it was gointg to arrive too late for my event.

They promised full refund and item would not be shipped.

They shipped on Feb 11th..I received on Feb 17th but refused package and sent back to company. They did not refund my money!! They are hard to deal with. Do not use this company.
