Canine Connected Counseling provides trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, teens, and adults. The practice supports individuals experiencing ADHD, Autism, sensory processing challenges, emotional dysregulation, trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
Jessica uses personalized, evidence-informed approaches, including EMDR, somatic interventions, parts work, and animal-assisted therapy. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful emotional growth.
