This company has the rudess staff. I went here hoping to get an estimate on my new
mercedes that had been rear ended. I wanted to get an idea of what repairs I needed before the insured's insurance company gave me an estimated statement.


I was greeted by a know it all girl that went on to tell me that "It Is a waste of my time to give you and estimate." as the insured company will send an adjuster.

That was fine by me but I needed a reference point to be sure my car will be repaired properly. She went on to tell me " Ive been in the business for 10 years" despite this girl looking only 24 I cant imagine that.


I told her that I have been buying cars before she was born.

This girl continued to be mouthy and rude. And her boss joined in. Mind you I never got my estimate as they dont want to waste their time giving estimates if an insurance company is involved. I dont see what the difference. I needed the estimate whether I paid for it or the insurance.

The owner went on to say they had enough business. Well they wont get any of my business nor any of my friends or neighbors. God forbid if I used them and was unhappy, I cant imagine the type of rude treatment that one would receive.

I gave them an explicit word and got out of there taking my business else where.
