I bought the above product on 1st June, 2007. It has developed a fault and I phoned Future Shop about the warranty. I was told I would have to send the printer to Canon at my expense. They could not even give me an address. This seems a cavalier way to treat customers. I will be careful to establish warranty procedures when I buy a product anywhere in future. Bill McGregor.
