I bought a Dell Computer in 2000 and recieveda Capital One Credit Card for financing it. I used it one time in approx 2003 to obtain 700.00 dollars in cash and have not used it since. I have always paid my bill, never been lat and have most of the time paid more than the minimum. My interest rate for last month was 8.13%, this month it is 16.77% for no apparent reason other than they want more money than what SS pays me.
