I used a capital one 0% bank check to pay down a credit card. Well I had to make a few phone payments on due dates . They were late because if you pay after 6pm eastern time they post the next day!
That service cost 10 dollars than your late and get a late charge a 39 dollars. After 2 one day late payments you default your 0% to 24.90%! I have been a good sucker I mean customer for 2 years on this card longer on another one. I called to see if they would lower the rate. they would not budge... there is nothing nothing we can do sir is the reply. they want me to pay 24.90% on a balance I can't pay off yet due to a sudden down turn in my economic situation . They want me to pay that interest for 11 months and I can try to ask for another rate decrease... WHO'S IN YOUR WALLET?
