CSW advertised free ringtones. I sent in my information and then was told via the web that I would be charged $9.99 per month on my cell phone. I IMMEDIATELY canceled. CSW sent me two emails confirming the cancellation, but two weeks later, the bill had $9.99 on it. I corrected it with my carrier Sprint but they told me to text CSW. I did, and got a text back that said "You are not an authorized user". So why are they billing me... Plz advise smb!
