I am have been charged three times for a product that I have never even received and I have tried over an over
to reach someone at this company and I keep being told that I do not have enough money on my phone to make the call. I have unlimited calling so I don't understand how I don't have enought money to make the call. Why can't I reach anyone to dispute this charges on my card. I want my money to be replaced on my account for I have never even see nor received the product for which I am being charged.

A charge of 88.71$ was added 2 times on my credit car for products that I have never command and receive. Please credit this montant on my credit card before de 31 of july 2009 or give my a number of return.
