My wife placed an order for a Keychain in November. Never received it. Contacted by e-mail 3X..never heard back from him at all. Tried calling a phone number, but no answer. I Google mapped his address, and it appears he works out of his home. One of my customers is less than 1/4 miles away from this address on 12 Mile Road... I know the Farmington Hills area well.
