I took my car to the Car King workshop to be repaired on the 9th of September. I still don't have it back and it is now more than a month later. I have spoken to the service manager on numerous occasions - he is not the most client service oriented person I have ever dealt with. He previously told me that I must wait, after all his car also needs to be repaired and it hasn't been done yet... The kind people at Car King have provided me with a courtesy car in the interim BUT a whole month...AND no indication as to when the job will be completed...
