I placed an order for car magnets. When they showed me the proof it had two gray lines going through it. Before placing an order I phoned them and was assured that the lines will be cleared and my image will be centered. I receive my magnets looking like garbage. When I call to complain I am met with an attitude of gigantic proportions. The funny thing that they admit that someone there lied to me, but don't offer any help. The most insulting part was that their offer or fixing it was: to place another order, pay for it, cross my fingers that they won't screw that one up, and then receive a refund for the order that I have here. Given their luck of courtesy I can imagine how impossible would be to receive that refund. And we are surprised that jobs are being outsourced. Vista Print has the call center in Kingston, Jamaica and they are very courteous!
