I have put the order and have specified shipment details (Alpine W520R). After manager has described me payment process (1 unit - ONLY by Western Union). I have sent the money. After a while I was have informed that they can not ship 1 unit to my region (minimum 3). I have agreed with manager about refund. They told me that will effect a refund in 30 days. I was waiting...When 30 days has passed I applied for refund again. But they told me that can do refund only by PayPal. I told them about limitations of PayPal in Ukraine (account can not receive the money) but they didn't want to resolve the problem. After that I have created foreign paypal account that can receive the money but they become ignoring me and doesn't answer me.
