i purchased a remote start and was told that the install was included. i made an appointment for 9 am and was told that it would take 2-3 hours. i left for 2 hours and returned and was told that it would be about 1 more hour so i waited. after an hour was told that it would be a little longer and that they would need to charge me for an additional relays. i was told several times that it would be a little longer and at 4:10 pm 7 hours i was finally given my car back. when i got home i found out that the rear defroster and valet switch was not installed after calling them i was told that it would be an additional 75 dololars . i will never buy another product from car toys again
