MY PACKAGE OF CARACOL CREAM WAS DELIVERED VERY LATE AND THEN HAD A $39 charge...it was only supposed to be shipping and handling...i didnt even touch the parcel and said to the deliverer...send it back, i dont want it!!! i just got an invoice from UPS FOR THE shipping charge and i presume caracol is saying they never got the package back! I DO NOT OWE THIS MONEY AND AM VERY P----D OFF ABOUT THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY...BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...YOU WILL GET BURNED...
