I recently was involved in an accident which totaled my truck. Under my contract with CarBiz Auto Credit, Inc., I would get another vehicle of same purchase price and value as when I first bought mine. And I would continue to pay just the balance on my account I owed.

After submitting an accident report and several attempts to contact them nothing has been done to fulfill the contract and its been past 60 days now. I'm now paying on a vehicle that I no longer can drive or own. The guy who hit me has no license or insurance, so I'm stuck on me own in this whole ordeal.
