I am was holding a credit card type MasterCard with Nat west, in Dec 2010 I have canceled the account and card as well, unfortunately I was charged again for the service I have not used (card protection) I am asking for the money to be refunded but I was told this is not possible because I have ticked a box in my contract in 2004 which allows them to steel money from me
