I signed up the cardgiver.com offer where I signed up to purchase to Music CD's. Once I fulfilled my offer, I printed the necessary

certificate and sent to the address that was indicated. The address was:

Los Angeles, CA. 90211

Unfortunately, my certificate was mailed back to me stating INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS. I have sent several emails with no response at all. My question is why is this company allowed to operate this scam and if you can get the attorney general to shut down this operation.

There have been individuals that have complained but nothing seems to be done.
