I towed my broken car to their shop to repair it. after checking it, they gave an estimate of $1500 to fix it and yet they told me that there's a chance of another part might be bad (cost another $1200) and they can't tell until they do the $1500 repair. they refused to buy after market parts even though I offered them to sign a release and they are not responsible for the parts. my car was old enough to spend that money on it. I asked them if they know someone will buy it as salvaged car, the manager or whoever was behind the counter offered me to buy it for $150 !! I towed back to my home, did a small search online, bought only ONE part out the three they told me, and replaced it by myself. VOILA my car is running again and worth $2500 and I spent only $50 for the part !
