I purchased a Cardio Zone treadmill 4 years ago for far more than I ordinarily would have paid. I was induced by the salesperson to purchase it due to their "Lifetime Warranty". The control panel will not light up and turn on though there is power to the unit. I called Fitness Blowout and was told that this part is not covered under the warranty. Ironic since in a treadmill this is the part most likely to suffer problems. I was directed to a service tech who told me that a diagnostic call would cost $99 and then the parts would be additional. Unfortunately, Cardio Zone went out of business and another company bought their name. So any parts for units made by the original Cardio Zone are after market, hard to acquire and if acquired very expensive. So I am looking at approximately $600 to fix my treadmill. DO NOT BUY FROM FITNESS BLOWOUT. Buy from a local reputable company. That way if you have a problem, you have recourse. These people don't care.
