I've been with Persells & Assoc 18 months, have paid all of my legal fees and have as yet not had a single creditor even negotiated with. I'm at this moment having my checking account garnished, have been on the phone with them daily and can't reach my attorney. I have requested a new attorney and was guaranteed that I would hear from one today but guess what, no call. I have received a judgement on one account already and the bank is holding funds in my business account which I had been told by my attorney that they couldn't touch a business account. I'm incurring bounced checks and fees in this account with is costing me money. Persells has been informed and I have talked to Amy several times just to be given a line of BS each time. I did sign the power of attorney. Thinking of dropping the program and requesting return of fees. I don't know what to do.
