I had used care credit when my dog was ill over 6 years ago and then have since overcharged me on late fees, finance fees, and when I finally was an offered a settlement if I paid half the balance, I was then declined the offer as if it never existed after paying half the balance. The collectors are continuously rude, unhelpful, and stalk you daily with automated messages. Please help to stop this.
