We were here in November 2008. We were told this was a 4 star resort, but it was not even a 1 star. The place is in horrible condition. Maybe in its day, 50 yrs. ago, it was nice, but it is dirty and just plain tacky and ugly. There were no resort "activities" as promised. The alcoholic beverages were horrible with very weak and artificial flavors. Even the beer did not taste right. The worst part was the condition of the room. I will attach pictures and you can see exactly what I mean. As part of our stay, we had agreed to listen to a 90 min. sales pitch for a vacation share. This was about 4 hrs. long and we could not leave since we had no transportation back to the Caribbean Princess until they agreed to take us back! We checked out immediately after our return to the Caribbean Princess since we could not handle staying in such a run-down and smelly place.
