I bought a pair of Caribbean Sun sunglasses about 5 months ago. They were $68 and offered glass lenses which in other brands have proven much less prone to scratches than plastic lenses.

I dropped them once about 2 months later and got a big scratch in the right lens. Putting up with it awhile, I walked into a restaurant and the lens literally fell out of my glasses and hit the floor. It shattered one corner and created spider cracks throughout the lens.

After visiting Walmart's optical center where I was told to request a replacement lens from Caribbean Sun's website, I attempted to do so. The "Contact Us" link goes nowhere. There is no address or phone number for this company.

Anybody who buys these sunglasses and has a problem is out of luck, and out the price of the glasses.

Frankly, Walmart sucks for offering this product and not offering any support!
