I am so tired of this store. They are a drive through coffee shop store and have broken head sets. 6 times they have gotten my drink wrong because the person can’t hear my order clearly because the head sets are so bad. Well all the employees have said that the store manager will not pay for new ones so she can make her store budget and get a bonus check. I called the store manager and she said it was the company’s problem and that they won’t give them new head sets. I called the corporate office and they said the store manager can order new ones. All I know is that I have stopped going to Caribou Coffee. When I pay $5.00 for a cup of coffee I want the right one.
