I flew back from NY and since we had my Granddaughter with us. we phoned a takeout order into Carini's on the way home. When I got home with the order, they had missed out my Grandaughters Ravioli, not bad when we only ordered three items since last time we ordered the Pizza was unpalatable, we calles and said we would return for my money back, when I arrived the owner refused to give me my money back and would only give me a store credit, he appeared to think I had stolen his stupid Ravioli, well I was annoyed all the way home since he didnt even apologise for the omission and was offensive so I went back and showed him the $1000.00 in my pocket and said he had treated me like a schmuck, he said he had money too and showed me his bankroll, Good customer service here! he refused to give me my money back and when I said I would take him to small clainms court, he said "Have a nice night" This punk kid does not deserve to be in business, especially a service business!
