It was a complete, utter nightmare dealing with this company. I ordered 3 things from them, second day air.
The first shipment was missing two parts. They refused
to send me the two missing parts second-day-air. The second
shipment was missing one of the two parts. Again they
refused to send me the new part second-day-air. Once I
finally received everything, two of the parts broke (I tested them on 3 PC's). After an hour of explaining my testing, they wouldn't send me new parts until I paid for new ones; they would refund my money once they received the broken parts.

I took it up with a manager there, and threatened to call
the BBB. I got a message the next day saying the parts
were shipped out.

It was an absolute nightmare. I would pay double their
prices before buying from them again.
