Carlington Recruiting is a SCAM. When you apply for a position through this bogus agency, you will get an email saying
"Hi,

You have a lot of strong, relevant experience and you are an excellent candidate, although it would be best to improve your resume before doing anything with it. I can refer you to a resume writing expert that can improve your resume to the standard we are looking for and I believe he charges $149. Please let me know if I can forward your resume to the expert so you can get in contact with them. Once your resume has been improved please resubmit it ASAP so we can work with it."

I have done my research and found that other made up agencies such as avertech also use similar tactics to trick hopeful unemployed people into paying a certain fee to be considered for a particular position because they are told that they are qualified but lack a good resume. After researching this agency, I wasn't able to find an office location or any other information on them. Apparently, no such agency exists. Please do not pay to have these "so called" experts help you with your resume. They will probably just run with your money and you will be left where you started. It is so unfortunate that these disgusting people are taking advantage of unemployed people.
