Like everyone else, I'm at a loss when it comes to child support. Carmen, the woman who mothered my son, to date, has never paid a dime to help our Special Needs Child. Has anyone tried a service outside of DCF? At this point I'm thinking 70% of something is better than 0% of nothing.
